Adlam Unicode Block
The Unicode Adlam block is a specific set of graphical character representations used in the Unicode standard for the Adlam alphabet. The Adlam alphabet is used to write Fulani and other African languages. The Unicode Adlam block consists of 87 characters, from U+1E900 to U+1E94F. It includes lower and uppercase letters, numerals, punctuation marks and other special signs. This block was added to the Unicode standard in 2014 to facilitate digital communications in the languages that use Adlam script.
